Venue name, parking, and whether we can scout beforehand. For homes, general light direction helps.

Rough image count, color vs. black-and-white mix, album or print needs, and when you need proofs.

Usage

Web, social, print ads, and OTA listings have different crop and license needs. We quote once those are clear.

Mood, not mimicry

Reference images are welcome; we still want words for how you want to feel — calm, sharp, editorial, documentary.

After the call

You should get a written outline: package options, add-ons, payment rhythm, and delivery dates.
